Sasha.. Sasha.. Sasha.. she is now available for adoption! Appears to be an Aussie/German Shepherd cross, about 9 months old.
She is spayed, microchipped, and UTD on vaccines. And her leg is not an issue anymore.
But, let's go over the pro's and con's with this one. She is a WONDERFUL dog, but let's start with con's:
Very, very, energetic.
Doesn't like to be alone.
Smart. Just needs to channel her energy into a positive direction. Will make a great running buddy, dog park dog, do very well in training.
Very, very, friendly. Loves everybody.
Super snuggly. Loves to snuggle.
Will be your forever, by your side companion.
Will make you build a very tall fence.
With all rescue animals, they will always come with their quirks. So, for Sasha I would say she would need an experienced dog owner home, or a very patient new dog owner home. She lived on the streets, she doesn't know how to be a civilized citizen yet. But, I'm sure with the right direction, she is going to make an AMAZING dog for someone, and will keep you on your toes. ?
If you are interested in adopting or meeting her, please message us or send us an email.
We are also looking for a volunteer that would like to pick her Sasha from boarding, and spend time with her occasionally. Maybe even a trainer that wouldn't mind donating their time to teach her manners, which will make her more adoptable. Please let us know! ? @ Bakersfield, California
