Sarge is a 5 year old Bulldog/Lab mix. This handsome boy is sad here at the shelter, and a little shy, but after what all he has been through we do not blame him. Poor Sarge came to us after being abandoned in his home when his owners moved away. He has been very confused since coming here, but we know he can find another chance at forever! Sarge walks well on a leash, likes to snuggle on comfy beds, and enjoys treats. Sarge has the most soulful eyes that tell you just how much he craves to be loved.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
