SANDY (JA) Terrier & Beagle Mix Falmouth, ME

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by to learn about me. My name is Sandy and I’m
one of a litter of 8 puppies. We were born in a home where there are LOTS
of other dogs. I heard someone say that is called hoarding. After our
momma no longer needed to feed us, this nice rescue came and took us. That
was our lucky day because we now live in a kind foster home where we have
been receiving lots of love and great care. My brothers have already found
their new families and I can't wait to meet mine!

I was born on 2/27/21. I’m almost 4 months old now and I weigh a 18 pounds.
I’m so glad we know my birthday so we can have a party every year! Mom is a
beagle/terrier mix and no one knows for sure about my dad, but we’ve been
told that we do appear to have some hound in us. I guess you could call us
Heinz 57 puppies. They say we’ll grow up to be medium sized dogs. My
foster mom say I'm a super sweet friendly puppy. I do love everyone I meet.
I also love water and I get into the kitty pool every day. I have fun doing
puppy stuff....playing, eating and wrestling. Then I take a nice nap before
starting all over again.

I get along nicely with other dogs, cats and kids. My rescue says children
in my home should be 5 years or older. That makes sense because all puppies
like to chew and jump and that’s not a real good match with little children.
I’ve been working some on my inside manners, but I’m young yet and my new
family will need to teach me all the things I should know to become the best
little girl I can be. I love to please my humans so all it’ll take is a
regular routine and kindness for me to learn quick.

I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations and I have a cool thing called a
micro-chip. I’m also on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. I’m
excited to get the word that I’ll soon be headed for my forever home. If
