Meet Sandy

Wanna snuggle? I’m Sandy, and I’m a cuddly girl. I just love sleeping in your lap on the couch or close to you in bed. I’m a good girl with a super soft coat. I’m a lab shar pei mix between 1-2 years old. My foster mommy bought me my first toy of my own. It’s a giant seahorse, and I love to swing it about or use it as a pillow. I have one vice. Bunnies! I even have a special high-pitched bunny bark. You’ll never see me run so fast as after a bunny. I do love to play with other dogs, but I usually let them come to me. I’m very chill and sweet. I’ll play bite with you, but I never bit too hard. Cats look like they might want to play, but when they don’t, I’ll keep to myself. Like many mama dogs, I love children, and I stay calm while they pet me. The only time I jump is when I see foster mommy walk in the door, but I sort of stand on my hind legs instead of knocking you over.
