Sandman *SUPER URGT* IMMED FOSTER HOME NEEDED American Staffordshire Terrier & Yellow Labrador Retriever Mix Nanuet, NY

My name is SANDMAN and I'm a handsome 9 yr M Tan Amstaff/Lab/Hound X. I'm 65 lbs of PURE SWEETHEART. I'm the victim of a new baby and my owners have no time for me and they feel I would be better with a person/couple that will have the time to give me daily interactivity that I am not getting. It's OK, I'm ready to move onto my next adventure and to a QUIET HOME where I can be the "apple of someone's eye" I'm just a great golden guy with a huge smile and just love everyone!!. I'm low active and as you can see I'm a bit overweight due to lack of exercise. I love going for walks and rolling in the leaves and to play with toys on my own. In the house I'm easy going, mellow and a couch potato. I'm housebroken and crate trained and am excellent on the leash. My only vice is that I'm a bit "food funny" and also like to GUARD MY TOYS so I need someone EXPERIENCED with RESOURCE GUARDING. I am fine with other dogs but am a bit dominant so I would be best with a submissive large dog or tough small dog but of course I would be happiest as your "one and only". Unfortunately I'm NOT GOOD with CATS. I'm a great dog for someone that needs a 4 legged Companion to hang with. Pls come meet me today!
