You cannot help smiling when in the presence of SANDER! He is 75 lbs of love & cuddles, sloppy kisses, and tons of fun! The dedicated staff at our vet's clinic don't pick favorites amongst our shelter dogs, but vet assistant Alexis couldn't help but take time out of her daily tasks to love on this big ol' teddy bear when he was visiting for a checkup! (see photos) His foster mom Brandi of Heart’s House adores him, too, but she wants for Sander what he deserves - his very own forever family!

He is great with other friendly dogs and loves hanging out with his fellow furry foster brothers & sisters. Sander is most definitely BFF material for a single person/couple, or he would be a trusted family pet. He may be hunky, but it is his innate sweetness and big heart that shine through as his best of many qualities!

You are guaranteed sweet kisses from Sander, a 2 yr old Labrador Retriever mix (possibly a tad of French Mastiff aka Dogue de Bordeaux in the mix) on your meet-n-greet.

*Sander is dewormed, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines (Bordetella, DAPPL4, and rabies) and microchipped. Sander successfully completed fast-kill heartworm treatment and tested heartworm NEGATIVE!! Yay!! He is on a monthly heartworm/flea preventative. An approved adoption application always applies!

Adoption fee of $75 includes deworming, neutering, vaccines (Bordetella, DAPPL4, and rabies), and a microchip.

The dog you are considering is located in South Mississippi. We conduct virtual meet and greets for out-of-town applicants and offer transport (the adoption fee includes transport to your location) to many neighboring and northeastern states. At this time we are not able to transport into Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
