Samurai is a sweet loving boy looking for his forever home. Samurai has accomplished a lot since joining the rescue. He is house trained and crate trained. and does very well in his crate. He has learned all the basic commands such as sit, stay, leave it, down and come. He is a pleaser and very quick to learn and does well with either treat or toy training. Samurai is very sweet and loving and loves to cuddle with his people. He ADORES kids. We have been teaching him how to walk and run on a leash and he loves his walks. His favorite is walking on trails! Samurai is fostered in Wentzville. He's in a home where he gets to interact with other dogs. He does well with most, but he can be reactive and pushy with submissive dogs. We'd like for Samurai to be the only dog in the home. He would love to have his own people all to himself. He plays well with dogs after proper introductions. No dog parks for this guy. Samurai is a sweet, sweet boy and will make a great companion for the right active family. Training and engagement will be a must for this boy to keep him from getting bored. He needs a family he can trust to help him thrive.
