Samson Golden Retriever Los Angeles, CA

This Golden Retriever arrived from our rescue partner in Istanbul, Turkey. He is 1 years old and a very friendly, happy, easy going, playful and energetic youngster. He weighs in at 76 lbs. He likes to go on 2-3 mile walks and play with his canine house mates. He is trained to do his business outside, but he needs to learn some additional house manners. He has demonstrated some counter snooping and gardening skills that will need management until he is consistent with the cue to “leave it” and he has a safe spot to hang out when no one is around. He also likes to play “keep away” so learning “drop” is also encouraged. He does know some direction such as sit and shake and he definitely likes his treats so training more cues should be easy.
