Meet Sampson! This handsome brindle lab/hound mix has a gentle heart. He can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and soon shows you his sweet, playful side. Sampson absolutely loved his buddy Sassy and would likely enjoy having another dog friend to romp around with. He does prefer to eat without sharing, so he's currently fed separately and may need that continued routine in his new home. He's working on his potty training and improving every day. Sampson would do best in a calm environment and with older kids, as he can get overstimulated around little ones. He does well in a crate and settles nicely in the home when given structure and consistency. With his easygoing nature, Sampson would fit well into many types of homes, all he needs is a little patience, a bit of structure, and lots of love. This beautiful boy is ready to find a family who will appreciate his gentle spirit and playful energy.
