Meet Sally
Sally has found her forever home with Jim and Mary in South Easton!
NOTE: Sally is still in the south and not here for you to meet. She will most likely be adopted sight unseen without having a chance to be fostered up here. If you are comfortable with this type of adoption, the first step is to submit an application. Please read all about our wonderful rescue and submit an application at at www.foreverhomerescue.org
Adoption coordinator Kathy
Meet Sally! She’s a beautiful border collie mix who is 21 months old and weighs 40 lbs. She was dumped after having a litter of pups. She’s a sweet girl who loves belly rubs. She’s a high energy gal and a natural herder of people and dogs. She needs an active home with someone who has experience with herding dogs. She needs a fenced yard and is not suitable for an apartment/condo. She is good with other dogs, but if she goes to home with another dog they should be of a similar energy level or she may annoy them. She needs a cat free home. She’d do best with older children and a family looking for an active, fun loving dog! Adoption fee $400.
Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up. If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on our rescue's name in this posting (Forever Home Rescue New England--in purple) which will bring you to a new page with the deposit link at the bottom. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
