Meet Sage
SAGE has a great resume in many ways! Great companion pet for adults! She can even be considered for training as a drug-detecting dog.
She is a Border Collie mix, nearly 7 years old weighing 54 pounds that entered the shelter system because her owners couldn't predict her reaction to children and to some dogs.
HOUSE TRAINED * LEASH TRAINED * LAP-LOVING * ACTIVE and PLAYFUL
Knows commands: sit, stay, lay down, drop it, fetch, no paws, up, speak, and can't reach it.
Enjoys: Car Rides, running, toys and water. Loves to play fetch and will bring the toy back! Her fetch games need to be with older children 12+ and adults as she is not fond of children.
SAGE is spayed, vaccinated, micro chipped, and ready to go home. Adoption fee is only $80
Meet her Monday - Saturday, 11 am - 7 pm at the West Valley Humane Society located at 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. A mandatory meet and greet with your dog is required. Bring the family, including dogs, to visit. Thank you to BBBR and WVHS Volunteer Rosalie for spending time with her.
