Sadie is a sweet 2-year-old 45-pound pit bull (a low-rider). Always very loving, she enjoys long walks and socializing and is very well behaved.

Sadie is very playful and strong, so she is best in a family with children aged 10 and older. We have previously had bulldogs in our rescue, so we know their personalities, and Sadie definitely has bulldog traits, like her small whimper of happiness when she sees kids or dogs and wants to meet them.

Sadie came to us when she was abandoned after having a litter of puppies (the puppies have all been placed in good homes). Now it’s Sadie’s turn to find a forever family who will give her the love she so deserves.

She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and will be spayed shortly. Only local Long Island, Westchester, and New York residents will be considered, although some CT and NJ will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must be no more than hour away from NYC, over 25 years old, at least a two-person household with your own home or a no-dog-restrictions building.
