5 yrs old, 54 lbs Ruthie is in search of an active home where she can go for walks/hikes in the woods, chase her ball, or help you make dinner. Whatever you're looking to do, she's right there with you. She has lived with other dogs in her foster homes. Ruthie loves her people and absolutely melts in the arms of young kids. She loves to be loved on, which is easy to do, since she is so gosh darn adorable.<br/><br/>Ruthie is house and crate trained. Knows sit, stay, and come. She is very food motivated. Her energy level is probably about a 5-6; however, at the end of the day, she's ready to snuggle with you on the couch, if you'll have her. <br/><br/>Please share her posting so we can network to make a difference in her life.<br/><br/>Adoption fee covers pull fee from the shelter, cost we paid to bring them to Vermont, vetting, paperwork to get them across state lines, shots, spay/neuter, when using our vet, deworming, food, and more. Some adoption fees also assist to defray the cost of other Winnie's Legacy pooches whose vetting cost exceeded their adoption fee, as we save all breeds, colors, ages, and special needs.
