Meet Ruth
From scruffy pup to beauty queen, Ruth is a 5 to 6-year-old Yorkipoo with the longest eyelashes you’ve ever seen! She is dog-friendly, house-trained, and crate-trained. Ruth loves eating sliced ham, learning new tricks, world peace, and snuggling up close to her people. She enjoys taking walks and walks well on a leash. Ruth greets all people sweetly and happily with her nubby little tail wagging a mile a minute!
Unfortunately, Ruth was not socialized properly as a younger pup and she is working through issues with resource guarding. Specifically, she will guard “her” bed…even if it’s your bed and defend a squeaky toy more intensely then Miss America defending her crown. Ruth sadly came back to us because she was not suited for apartment living due to her barking. She is not appropriate for a home with young kids and needs to be in house, not an apartment.
