From my foster mom: Rupp is a typical herding breed dog who exhibits wisdom, intelligence, and loyalty. In that, he can be mildly weary when making new friendships and has to ensure you are safe to welcome into his circle. This means he wants you to be kind, well-mannered can calm with your interactions; you know just be you and true. He would do best in a calmer home with people who are savvy with herding breeds. Herding breeds use their mouths frequently to interact and manage others in their space, Rupp does this when the other members in the home are too rambunctious. This means that if two dogs or humans are roughhousing he is gonna put a stop to the nonsense. These dogs are super intelligent and aim to keep peace and order in their living spaces and this is instinctual for them. Rupp overall is a lover and a calm boy who is genuinely devoted to his family and will let it be known you are loved.
