Wanna run? C’mon, please? A quick spin outside for fresh air? Puh-leeze?

Rupertus here. I’m a Border Collie/Lab mix, maybe around a year old. Full of energy, life, fun, love. I’m looking for an active home with someone who likes to run or go on long walks. Or a fenced-in yard would be great…with squirrels to chase and balls to fetch. I get along well with other dogs so a playmate would be awesome, too!

Yup, I’ve got lots of energy but I also love, love, love to snuggle! See, I used to live in a scrap yard, so all this cuddling and living-in-a-house stuff is new to me. I’m soaking it all up! I’m gettin’ the hang of this housebreaking stuff and have learned the command “sit” already. Heck, they give me treats for figuring stuff out. Will wonders never cease!

How ‘bout now? Ready for that run? I am! Always ready. Come meet me this Saturday — look for a glossy black dog with a white chest patch and raring-to-go attitude.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)
