Rummer Cattle Dog Mix Schaumburg, IL

Rummer has it! Yes she does, she has soulful eyes, a beautiful tri-color coat and a disposition that can be described as mellow.

Although she is thought to be a border collie mix, this approximately 2 year old sweetheart is more likely to be sunning herself on the deck than chasing down and herding the other dogs in the house.

Rummer is great on leash, doing well with potty training as long as she is kept to a schedule. Another plus is that she has not barked while during the entire time she has been with her foster (even though the other dogs in the domicile love to serve as alarms when anyone approaches the house.)

She doesn't use a crate as she has never touched anything that doesn't belong to her. She does love being near her people and will nap on the floor by their feet, and sleep in a bed in their room overnight.

When it comes to meal time, Rummer likes a bit of wet food mixed with her dry kibble. She will gobble down pills when they are hidden in liver sausage or cheese.
