Hi, my name is Rufus! I'm estimated to be a Pit mix born around 9/13/2016. I weigh around 75 pounds. I came up to Wisconsin from Arkansas. I am a snuggle buddy and a couch potato. I love to lean against you for some pets. I am selective about the dogs I like, the calmer the other dog, the better. Cats are also a little iffy for me but I sure do love people! Obedience classes for adult dogs and puppies can be incredibly helpful for both animals and humans. My adoption fee is $60.00. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
