Hello! I’m Rudy and I’m ready to bring more joy to your life! I am a year old 80 pound unique Shepherd mix. It takes me a bit of time to warm up to new people, but if you have a treat, I am all yours! I am very active and love people and other dogs. I am house trained, crate trained, and do okay on a leash, though I do pull a bit. I am super playful and get along great with other dogs. I do like to chase cats, so I need a no-cat home. I haven't met any kids yet, but I can be tested if needed. I think I will love kids, though as big as I am, older sturdier kids would probably be best. I would love to be with an active family or individual who will take me on adventures to dog-friendly places. I really like the water, so I would love to have some creek or river adventures! I’d make a terrific running and hiking partner! Even though I love to play with other dogs, I would also be very happy to be an only dog. My ideal home has a fenced yard, a family that loves running, hiking, or walking daily, and a patient person with a firm but gentle hand to set boundaries. And in return, I will provide you unlimited love, loyalty, and joy. Happiness is just a tail wag away!
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
