Senior Hearts Rescue and Renewal is the only licensed senior dog rescue organization in Western Pennsylvania. We do not have a shelter or a public facility. ALL of our dogs reside in foster homes in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.

We are a 100% volunteer organization. Please respect our volunteers' time. If a dog is listed on PetFinder, he/she IS available for adoption. We cannot reply to messages, phone calls, and emails about a dog until we have received, reviewed, and approved an adoption application.

You MUST complete the application in entirety in order to be considered as a potential adopter. Please select "More About Us" for further details on our adoption requirements. You can meet a dog ONLY after we have completed our adoption approval process.

Hi. My name is Rudy and I am 10 years young and weigh 5 lbs. I love wearing sweaters because I get cold quickly. I hope you like to shop. Most important I am more comfortable around women so my main person needs to be a female (smart guy arent I?). I do require an adult only home.

I love sleeping under the blankets if you can't find me. I love toys, walks, playing and food! I'm a sweet boy that wants a human to cuddle and love with furever.
