Ruby is a petite husky (she weighs just 33lbs) who is looking for her loving forever home. Ruby has luxated patellas on both of her back knees, and her previous owners called 911 to get rid of her one day, as they were no longer willing to help with her disability, which led to her being brought to a kill shelter in NY. She has gotten surgery on her first knee and has completely healed from the procedure, and we are working with veterinarians to determine if surgery is an option for her other knee.
