Ruby is a 1 year old Lab mix who is a truly friendly and happy-go-lucky girl! With her joyful nature, she's the kind of dog who immediately lifts the spirits of everyone she meets. Ruby has plenty of energy, typical of a spirited Lab pup, and is ready to join you on any kind of adventure, big or small. Ruby gets along wonderfully with all dogs, loving nothing more than romping around and playing in the field with her furry friends. But after getting her energy out, she transforms into a happy bundle of love and snuggles, content to take a nap right by your side. She walks well on a leash, hops in and out of the car with ease, and travels calmly. On top of that, she is an affectionate and lovable dog who adores giving sweet kisses. Ruby had a wonderful day! She had a great time playing fetch, going over the jumps, and taking a pleasant walk. Her favorite activity was probably fetch, though she also thoroughly enjoyed chewing on a plastic water bottle. She is excellent on a leash, walks politely without pulling, hops in and out of the car with ease, and travels calmly. On top of that, she's an affectionate and lovable dog who adores giving kisses. She was an absolute joy to spend time with today!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
