Meet Rubia
Rubia is a one year old stray from Puerto Rico. She is extremely shy and timid. She will be adopted to a home with a confident dog and a fenced in yard. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rubia will need a very understanding home willing to give her the time and patience to adjust. She is a flight risk.
