Ru Beagle Mix Onalaska, WI

Ru is a spunky little hound puppy with the sweetest brown eyes and lots of energy! She is looking for an active family who has plenty of time to dedicate to her daily exercise, socialization and training needs.

She is not yet house trained so she will need a consistent routine, frequent bathroom breaks and lots of praise when she goes to the bathroom outside. We highly recommend utilizing a crate when she cannot be supervised to help prevent accidents.

She would do well in a home with other pets. She would love a playful canine friend to help wear her out! She may do well with children of age under parental guidance and supervision.

Ru is cute as a button but don't let those sad puppy dog eyes fool you! This girl is full of opinions and endless energy. Like most hounds, she can be very vocal especially when bored. Because of this, she would likely not do well in an apartment setting. She loves to play and go for long walks and sprint laps around the yard! Once she is all tired out she'll happy snuggle with you on the couch for a movie!

We are requiring Ru's new owners to take her through puppy training/socialization classes to get her off on the right foot. There is an additional $100 deposit that will be returned upon completion of the classes.

Ru is 4 1/2 months old and weighs 14.5 pounds.
