Roxy Hart Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Springfield, MO

Hey there! I'm Roxy -- Roxy Hart. I'm pretty sure I got that name because I'm SO loving and lovable. I'm a 1-year-old, 36-pound Australian Cattle Dog mix girl. I got sprung from Animal Control by the great people at Rescue One, and now I'm looking for a forever home and family to call my own. I'm a high energy bundle of pure joy!! I love everyone I meet! To be fair, I haven't met any kiddos or cats yet, but I love all the adults and dogs I have met since coming to Rescue One. I can be cat and/or kid tested if needed. I am crate trained and almost house trained. I still need some work on my leash skills. I try to stay calm, but I am just so excited to explore the world, that I pull quite a bit on my leash at first. My ideal home has a fenced yard to run and play in and another dog about my size to play with. However, I would do okay as an only dog and could even live in an apartment, as long as I get plenty of daily exercise and play time and get to run off-leash on a regular basis in a fenced environment. My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
