Meet Roxie
Roxie is a red heeler. She has special needs. You see Roxy is deaf. That does not stop her loving personality. She loves belly rubs and hanging out with humans, both adults and kids, and other dogs. However, she is not good at all with small animals like squirrels, rabbits, birds and possibly cats etc. She has a high prey drive.
She is in Newport, Arkansas, in the care of the Jackson County Humane Society. She will make someone a great family member.
