Hi there! My name is ROVER and I'm a two-year-old, 60 pound, brindle-coated, male Catahoula Leopard Dog-mix and the shelter people tell me I am one truly sweet boy.

* I am a little bit shy and super sweet
* I walk well on a leash and love sharing time outdoors with humans.
* I automatically heel and pace to my human because that makes the walk more enjoyable for both of us!
* When I go on a walk, I love it when the humans pet me, I melt right into their legs and am so grateful
* I'm a little curious about the geese and ducks, but if told to leave it, I'm obedient and continue my walk because I'm a good boy
* The shelter humans tell me my brindle coat is beautiful and I have gentle eyes and a pretty face.
* I have been dog-friendly here at the shelter
* Some people may look at my weight and think I'm a lot of dog but my sweet and obedient nature makes me a wonderful and easy companion
