Great things certainly do come in small packages! Rover is the perfect little scruffy bundle of fun at 16 pounds. This jaunty little 8 year old cairn terrier mix would fit right in with an owner that enjoys walking the neighborhood taking in the sights and smells or going on car rides (he loves them!). Rover would be most successful in a home with adults, as he is a bit sensitive to touch. He’s ok with other dogs, but could easily be your one and only pet. We’d suggest a meet and greet with your current dogs, just to make sure we set everyone up for success.
