Roux is that rare kind of puppy who makes you question how anything this perfect ended up needing a home. She's a floppy-eared, wiggle-butt retriever mix who’s as sweet as she is spunky. At just a few months old and around 16 lbs, Roux is the ideal balance of playful and snuggly—one minute she’s tackling her toys like she’s training for the Puppy Bowl, and the next she’s passed out belly-up with her paw on your foot just to make sure you’re still there.

She’s incredibly social, adores attention, and would thrive in a home with a dog sibling to wrestle and chase around the yard. But if she’s your one and only, that’s cool too—she’s got enough personality to fill a whole pack. Basically, she’s the dog you think you’re not ready for, until she’s in your lap and you realize you’ve been waiting for her all along.

Roux is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to her forever home by our rescue! We have transports departing each week!
