Rosy Yorkshire Terrier Russellville, OH

Rosy is 3 1/2 years old and weighs 8 lbs. Rosy came to us as a breeder surrender to no fault of her own. The complaint from the breeder was that she snorted at times. She does snort at times but it doesn't effect her day to day life and activity. Rosy came to us and we did not know that she had been in with a male before coming and she was early pregnant upon arrival. She went on to have 4 puppies in total but we had some complications and she had to have an emergency C-Section. The surgery went great and she was a great mom to her puppies. She was spayed at the time of her C-Section so she won't ever have to be a mom again. She is a foody and loves to eat so we have been having to be sure she doesn't gain to much weight. She goes outside with some other small dogs here at the rescue and has does well. She keeps her crate clean but she will need some patience for house training. Since she was at the breeders she never got to know how to be a house dog. Rosy is a very happy girl that always is wagging her little tail and will even pick up a toy from time to time. She will need some time to settle into her new home but then she will be your shadow. I think rosy would do best in a home with older children or no children since she is so small and a little shy at first.
