Meet Rosie

Rosie is a sweet girl who hasn’t figured out that she’s a senior – she has enough energy for a dog half her age! Rosie loves to do zoomies around the yard, loves playing tug of war and will be happy to demonstrate her repertoire of tricks including rolling over for tummy rubs.

9 yr. old Rosie has to find a new home because unfortunately her Dad has to move and can’t take Rosie with him. As he says, she is fun, funny, bouncy and loving – great adjectives to describe this outgoing, friendly girl!

Rosie had a human sibling growing up, who she loves. Rosie has also always shared quarters with cats – in fact she has lived with 7 of them over the years! She has not lived with dogs, and is a bit selective as she likes being the center of attention.

Miss Rosie is crate trained, loves being with her people, enjoys walks and wants everyone to know that her favorite snack is bananas! Her only bad habit is that she is a bit of a jumper, but is easily corrected.

Rosie is looking for a home where she will get consistent exercise, playtime and lots of belly rubs. She’ll reward you with snuggle time at the end of the day.
