MEET ROSIE!!!

Rosie was dumped at a family member's house when the owner moved away and they could not afford her and reached out to the shelter for help!!

Rosie is about 2-3 years old and about 6 lbs. She is VERY friendly and good with other dogs.

Rosie wins the award for the sweetest Chihuahua!! She is great with strangers and will be in their lap kissing them in 2.3 seconds!!!

Rosie is sweet and affectionate and loves people!!

Rosie will need to be in a home with another small dog. No exceptions
