Rosie had a very long weekend trek from Orange County, CA to Boise, ID. A big thank you to one of Rosie's transporter Jennifer for the cute write up about what she learned about Rosie during her time with her.
Jennifer writes, "She is TINY! She’s only about 35 lbs, sweet with a side of stubborn! If she doesn’t want to walk, she won’t - until you squat down and entice her with lovies but then once you stand up, she will stop again. Rosie was doing this because she didn’t want to get back in the car. She was ready to be home already!
She LOVES LOVES LOVES LOVES LOVES people and attention and just wants to squirm up and be loved on all day every day forever.
She is afraid of missing out on things so she has a hard time relaxing if things are happening. She only laid down a handful of times the whole trip to Vegas for no more than 10 minutes. If I had to turn on my blinker to lane change, she would pop up. Her stubbornness is easy to manage because she doesn’t mind being picked up at all. So, when she wouldn’t walk this morning, I just picked her up and plopped her on the potty area and all was well again! She slept in her crate all night with zero noise. I put her in the bathroom this morning while I loaded up the crate and she didn’t whine, bark, or scratch. She also didn’t seem to care to get into stuff - she sniffed and explored but her attention was always on me and when I was going to sit down and give her scratches next. She is a doll. Your heart will melt when you meet her.
