What is Henry Trimble Animal Shelter’s adoption process?

Adopt your new best friend! Currently our adoption fee is $100 which includes your newest family member getting spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, and given their rabies, dhpp and bordatella vaccinations. If a dog comes into the shelter already spayed/neutered then it's adoption fee is only $50 and they will still receive a microchip, heartworm test, and vaccinations. Really like a certain dog but not sure if he/she will work out in your home? You can always temporarily foster a dog for a few days to see how they fit in with the rest of your family in the home.   Not ready to adopt? Consider fostering, it's a very rewarding way to give back and give a dog a second chance and more time while they continue their search for their forever home.
