Meet Rosemary

Rosemary was surrendered to the SPCA of East Texas after her owner unexpectedly passed away. She is a 3 year old Shepherd Mix and weighs about 42 lbs. Rosemary is precious. She has taken her owners death pretty hard and we are slowly getting her to open up. Rosemary will need a patient and loving home to adjust to all these changes.
