Meet Rose
Meet Rose, a precious three-year-old, 10 lb. chihuahua who came all the way to Connecticut from Texas. She was found as a stray with multiple puncture wounds on her body so she was likely attacked by another animal while on the streets. She is now healing and ready to find her happily furever ever!
Rose is super sweet and while small, she's always up for a big adventure! She recently went for a boat ride on Candlewood Lake and had a blast soaking up the sun. Rose can be a little tentative around men but warms up with treats. She's very affectionate with her foster mom and absolutely adores children! She is a lower energy gal and will be wherever you are. Rose is currently in a foster home with both dogs and cats. She's fine with kitties but loves her small furry doggie brother.
She is a very good girl who walks great on the leash, is housetrained, and sleeps throughout the night in her bed. Rose would do best in a quieter home but we have found she prefers children over adults so kids would be a plus! She will make a wonderful addition to any home!
Rose's adoption fee is $350 and she is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed. If you are interested in adopting this gorgeous girl, please complete the online application at form.jotform.com/200883908893166. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.
