Meet Roscoe
How can you ever say no to that face?! This guy has the sweetest eyes, and a personality to match. He loves to cuddle and get kisses.
Roscoe has not had an easy start to life. He was rescued from a chain in someone’s yard. He looked so sad and he was not being taken care of, so we negotiated with his owners to give him to the rescue.
Finally, he is ready for his forever home. One where he gets to be a real member of the family.

Roscoe is a 4 month old, 20 lb Bull Terrier mix.
He is:
* Fully vaccinated, will be neutered before adoption
* Kennel trained, potty training in progress
* Dog friendly
* Houston, TX (transport included in adoption fee)
