Meet Roscoe

5 year old Roscoe has it made in his foster's home! This handsome boy is great with other dogs, very chill and would make a wonderful companion. Roscoe walks well on a leash, listens for command and overall, a complete love. He is an active fella, so running in a fenced in yard, and long walks, would be ideal!
His very sad past is far behind him and the future is bright. ?
We never gave up on this beautiful boy. Now please help us to get him home!?
