Meet Roscoe! Roscoe is a funny, playful two-year-old dog. He LOVES going on walks and does pretty well on a leash. He would make the perfect companion for an active person. His foster says he enjoys watching TV, playing with his ball, and, most of all, belly rubs! We call him "corn chip" because of his tiny corn chip ears.
