Meet Roo
Roo was brought in after running around a local neighboorhood he was very skinny, you could see every bone in his rib cage and back. He is now a healthy guy and he is just thankful he is such a sweet soul! He is heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines. All he is missing now is a home of his own!
