Sadly, Roo's owner neglected him and he was found as a stray and ended up at the shelter and no one came for him.

Roo is a 1 year old Lhasa Apso/Yorkie blend. He weighs about 12lbs.

Roo is sweet and friendly boy that loves to cuddle!! he is good with other dogs and kids!

***If NO PREVIOUS DOG history we require the purchase of one year supply of heartworm prevention. (cost $40) added onto adoption fee.
