Ronnie Labrador Retriever Boston, MA

Meet Ronnie! He is a stunning black lab with beautiful brown eyes and has the sweetest personality. Ronnie is believed to be around a year old and is on the taller side, probably 60-70 lbs. Ronnie was picked up as a stray and is currently in a shelter environment and desperately needs to find a forever home,

Ronnie is your typical lab and is high energy and can be vocal when seeking attention. Ronnie is a very sweet pup. but new things can scare him and make him cower. He will need an understanding owner who will be patient with him and help him become more confident. He would love someone to provide him with a sense of stability and keep him feeling safe and secure since that is something he has not previously had. Ronnie is very friendly and does not seem to have a gender preference but would do best in an active home, preferably with another dog or a single owner.

He has been around children and had great interactions with them but it's best is goes to a home with children who understand they need to respect his boundaries and that some things might be scary to him.

Ronnie is currently in a foster home and this is what his foster family noted:
"He’s incredibly shy but not a mean bone in his body and is super playful with our dogs. He’s great with kids and just really is trying to break out of his shy shell. Potty trained and non-destructive- sleeps through the night and loves the outdoors!"

-Must have a fenced yard

Ronnie is vaccinated, dewormed, chipped, spayed/neutered, and hw neg.

** All dogs are located in TX and will only be transported once adopted. Transportation is included in the adoption fee.
