Meet Ronnie
We were going to name him "Mr. Gorgeous"... but "Ronnie" is less of a mouthful ;-)
Ronnie appears to be a fluffy Aussie mix, maybe with Great Pyrenees? Whatever breed he is, he's super affectionate with people and a joy to walk on leash. He does a " happy dance" composed of side steps and bowing when people visit him. He'd be such a fun dog to come home to!
Ronnie needs some socialization with other male dogs, but we think his pending neuter will improve his acceptance of other males. He is gentle and joyful...around 40 snuggly pounds and approximately 2 years old.
Like SO many dogs we have rescued this year, Ronnie tested positive for heartworms. Red Barn will cover the cost of his treatment and he will be fine. Just a reminder that heartworms are not contagious and treatable!
Ronnie will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative for his adoption. Our $250 adoption fee helps cover these expenses.
