Meet Romeo

Meet Romeo! A three-year-old coonhound hunting for his forever home! Romeo has a lot of energy but can calm down for pets or snuggles. This sweet guy loves to go on walks where he watches the birds and squirrels go by. He is super soft, loves attention and all of the treats! Unfortunately Romeo has not met any kitties yet but can be cat tested upon request.

The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
