Meet Rome
Look up border collie and you might see handsome and brilliant Rome. This 4-month-old pup is just so smart and so athletic. He loves a good romp in the yard and has plenty of energy, but he is also incredibly loving and sweet.
Rome is playful and cuddly and, for his age, he really listens well and pays attention. He likes playing with toys, gnawing on chews, and is proud to show off the sticks he finds outside. He's wonderful in his crate and is doing great with potty training.
Rome quickly picked up no and come and is itching to learn so much more. He plays with his three border collie foster siblings and is fascinated with the cats (but they aren't all that into him).
Rome needs someone who has experience with herding dogs and has a physical, fenced-in yard for zoomies. He needs an active family who is around much of the day and would really enjoy the company of another friendly dog.
Rome is being fostered in the St. Louis area.
