Rolly Terrier & Shepherd Mix Brenham, TX

Rolly and his brother were found living in a culvert pipe next to a busy highway. After some coaxing, they were caught by their now foster family. He is now around one year old, has been fixed and has had his puppy shots. He has black-and-tan coloration and a medium under coat and wiry outer coat, like some terriers. He is very intelligent and has been learning through observation and routines. He is kennel trained and housebreaking has been going well. He has discovered that he likes affection and will show his belly rather than move as you step over him in the house. He prefers the calm, cooing style attention rather than the high energy pats and rubs. We have five (including him and his brother) that are all fed in the same area at the same time after being released to eat. Everyone goes to their bowl without a fuss, even if it means crossing over or under another to get there. He is good with my loud, fast moving, and in your personal space, seven-year-old son. He just stays out of his way.

All adult dogs are spayed/neutered, have a rabies certificate, vaccinations, heartworm negative and are dewormed. When you adopt you will make a $125 donation to help defray the cost of that expense.
