Rocky is a high energy, playful, and affectionate boy. He came from a rough beginning, but with his foster his true personality has bloomed. He is fun, silly, smart, and full of life! Rocky loves toys, zoomies, and being active. Rocky loves to cuddle and being near his person. Rocky loves exploring and is very curious. He also likes to dress up! Rocky is very expressive and people-focused. He loves toys and enrichment. He is so easy to love and eager to please. Rocky will thrive in a home with lots of activity, structure, and engagement. Who Saved Who's Adoption Policy

We do an application, then a video call with the foster that holds the pet, then we also have our team call and speak to the potential adopter. Once approved by our team we have the pet transported to the adopter. We also keep in contact with the new owners for no less than 6 months after the adoption.
