Poor Rocky keeps getting overlooked! He's spent so long in the shelter, but he saw us spring a couple of his buddies and he has new hope! Found as a stray, Rocky is good with other dogs and even has some basic obedience. With his food motivation, his adopters will be able to build on that and maybe even add a few tricks!
