The incredible progress he's made in reducing reactivity towards other dogs and people is truly heartening. Background: Rocket was kept in a garage for eight years of his life until a concerned Civilian pressured the family to surrender him to us. He came to us skin and bones with an aching body and a wreck of a mental state. Adoption fee: $150 which includes his neuter, microchip and vaccines.
