Meet Rocco
Rocco is a boy waiting for his luck to change. Rocco is a 1- to 2-year-old Terrier mix.
He walks with a limp, but it doesn’t affect his ability to get around or to play. He loves playing with all dogs, large, and small.
He also loves bones, ropes, chew toys and squeaky toys.
Rocco is in training in Camp K-9 at the Kentucky State Reformatory. He doesn’t show any interest in the cats on the yard, so he would probably be fine in a home with cats.
He is house trained and crate trained.
Rocco can be a little bit shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he comes out of his shell.
We think his inmate handler at KSR says it best — “He loves to be loved on. He is a very good boy.”
